Strawberry Cream Cheese Muffins

Our household has recently fallen in love with fresh strawberries. We grab 2 or 3 boxes each trip to the store. They serve as breakfast, snacks and the occasional fruit salad dinner. This weekend I decided to look for a few new recipes to incorporate our love of strawberries into. This was the first one and I must say...we LOVED it!
